On the heels of his freshman EP “Bad Sushi” and performing as an opening act on Amine’s “TourPoint5ive,” Kayo Genesis is poised to become a part of the pantheon of new artists on the rise.
Kayo has returned with “Hometown,” his third video from his recently released EP, “Bad Sushi”. As a blend of heavy “boom bap” beats and laid back melodies ensues, Kayo reflects on Hometown living in Palmdale California for nurturing not only his musical talent, but also in developing his character. Kayo looks to returning to his hometown as a source of recalibration from an eventful lifestyle that comes with his career.
