Antonio Hightie, rap moniker SLUMNATRA was born on the westside of Chicago. He took interest in music at an early age. Growing up through his teenage years, he enjoyed many genres of music, but he connected with Rap music the most. As a young adult, he felt as though there was a void in Rap music. as rapping about the streets became more of a commodity, truth telling seemed to dissipate. as it seemed everyone was living a lifestyle in their music that didn’t match reality. So a couple years later, he decided to fill this void himself.
