The single is a song that Akbar V’s female fans can relate to when it comes to their significant other being deceptive. “This record is for my ladies who have endured the pain from a man and still took him back, not wanting to give up on our investment” said Akbar V on why she felt this record was needed. K. Michelle delivers her soulful melodies while Akbar shows her gritty lyricism on each verse. “I’m so grateful and humbled to have one the greatest talents of our generation K. Michelle, to support me on this especially during such a difficult time for her, as she’s been there for me throughout me promoting my project despite her own growing pains and it means a lot said Akbar V on collaborating with the singer.
