More than anything, the “Mmhmm” video showcases how risk-taking isn’t about jumping on every opportunity, but with the right approach, you can achieve anything that you set your mind to. The video features crazed fans, a daring sky-diving attempt, news casting, and more as BigX delivers his slick rhymes.

A highlight track from The Biggest EP, “Mmhmm” is packed with slick rhymes and witty one-liners. It’s a punchy and sharply-written bop that tells the story of his rise to fame, accentuated by a syrupy swagger that persists throughout the song’s entirety.

At the tail-end of 2023, BigXthaPlug celebrated a huge milestone in his burgeoning career. On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, it was revealed that the AMAR rapper made his first appearance on the Billboard Hot 100 as his song “Mmhmm” debuted at No. 93.

BigX’s smash single was preceded by his aforementioned debut studio album, AMAR. The solo set, released via UnitedMasters, is home to the RIAA Gold-Certified hit “Texas.” Plus, the critically acclaimed project topped the Billboard Heatseekers Albums Chart for 13 consecutive weeks.

Elsewhere, BigX also made history on his own terms. The Biggest, released December 1, 2023, made its charting debut at No. 138 on the Billboard 200 – marking BigX’s first Hot 100 entry – with 11,000 equivalent album units earned in its opening week, according to Luminate.
