This is maybe Billy’s best track yet. Throughout the years, Billy has been forced to prove himself time and time again, whether to show his authenticity or to showcase his cultivated talent. However, this song marks a much welcome shift in tone–Billy BOAT has gone from the seeker to the seen. 7 Hot Springs begins with a very Dreams and Nightmares-esque intro where Billy takes you through his past, extremely unsuccessful life. The pace picks up quickly after this, blasting you with good vibes, tight flows, hard 808s, and a message to really leave you pondering after you’re done dancing.
