New York artist Liana Bank$ is back with the goods in her new music video, “Ghost;” the lead single off her upcoming sophomore project APT 210. The video first premiered on Highsnobiety who called the track a “syrup-tempo’d offering.” Watch the green haired muse twirl, hop and roll with the homies (in some pretty scenic rooms).
The video was a true collaborative effort from some of New York’s rising creative talent, including Liana herself, who is fast becoming one of the scene’s crowning jewels. Directed by New York filmmakers Ben Elias and Zach Stone, the video follows Liana and her crew around some of big Apple’s infamous locations – Lower East Side, Queens subway stop and a total millennial dream with a room wallpapered in a vibrant palm frond print matching the singer/songwriter’s island vibes on her new project.
Speaking to Highsnobiety, Liana had this to say about the making of the video: “‘Ghost’ is about bringing the party wherever you go, but never staying there for too long. It was cool to have all my homies with me in the making of this video and I’m excited to finally share it with everyone.”
